INTRODUCTION TO LEADERSHIP

Purpose:

As a leader, you play a very important role in making decisions. These decisions influence you, the success of your unit, and WMCHealth. This course will offer you insight into different leadership styles, decision-making strategies, and the art of self-leadership.
