Many teams undergo changes as a result of new leadership, team members, or reorganization. This program is designed to facilitate the entry of leaders into new roles by accelerating the normal process of learning, building credibility to successfully manage in WMCHealth.

Purpose:
Emotional Intelligence leads to better relationships and decisions.  It is important to be able to manage emotions under pressure and those with higher EI are better at resolving conflict, particularly important in healthcare.
