Qualifications

  • A New York State Nursing Home Administrator License
  • Five or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
  • A bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
  • Strong operational and financial leadership skills
  • Experience with state and federal nursing home regulations
  • A passion for creating exceptional resident and employee experiences
