Qualifications
- A New York State Nursing Home Administrator License
- Five or more years of progressive healthcare leadership experience
- A bachelor's degree (master's preferred)
- Strong operational and financial leadership skills
- Experience with state and federal nursing home regulations
- A passion for creating exceptional resident and employee experiences
