HealthAlliance of the Hudson Valley is under a major transition with a new campus, a brand-new cardiology department including a new Philips Azurion cath lab, and a biplane unit with cutting-edge technology and imaging capabilities. We perform approximately 350 procedures annually. We perform various cardiovascular procedures, percutaneous coronary interventions, peripheral angios, and interventions as well as electrophysiology (i.e., pacemakers, ILRs, AICDs). Our service line has grown tremendously over the past two years and will continue to do so. WMC has invested realty in the cardiac services line. We anticipate continued growth for many more years. We will offer the opportunity for staff to hone their skills and develop new skills. Cardiac Cath Registered Nurse (RN)
To be considered, we require:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred 
  • Three (3) years of critical care or emergency room nursing experience, cath lab experience preferred
  • ARIN, SVN, cardiac-vascular nursing, or CCRN certification preferred 
  • Conscious sedation and ACLS
  • New York State registered nurse license
  • Membership in a professional organization preferred

Cardiac Cath Lab Radiologic Technologists

To be considered, we require:

  • Two (2) years of related experience preferred in cardiac cath or interventional radiology
  • Registered radiology technologist certification/ARRT
  • BLS certification
  • Demonstrates understanding of good technique
  • Ability to work well with physicians, teammates, patients, and others
