Good Samaritan Hospital, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), is thrilled to offer full-time and part-time night shift labor & delivery registered nurses the opportunity to join our exceptional team at The Family Birthing Center.  One year of acute care experience is required. Associate degree nurses are welcome, no BSN is required upon hire.

As the region’s only dedicated Obstetrics Emergency Department (OB-ED), our state-of-the-art facility boasts nine labor, delivery, and recovery suites, two of which have been recently renovated. We are also proud to offer a newly renovated two-bed antepartum room and a two-bed PACU for mothers recovering after a cesarean section. We also provide support with 34 private mother/baby rooms and a team of internationally board-certified lactation consultants are available to offer comprehensive breastfeeding support and education. 

In addition to our birth facilities, we are proud to house two newborn nurseries and a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
