RN Case Manager

In addition to State of New York RN licensure (or eligibility), ideal candidates will have:

  • Three years of nursing experience in a hospital or healthcare agency required
  • One year of utilization review, quality assurance, risk management, or discharge planning experience in a hospital, health care agency, or managed care company 
  • One year of leadership experience preferred
 

Social Worker

In addition to State of New York Social Worker licensure (or eligibility), ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work
  • Two years' post-graduate experience in a medical, mental health, or human services setting as a member of a multidisciplinary team

 

Psychiatric Social Worker
In addition to State of New York Social Worker licensure (or eligibility), ideal candidates will have:

  • Master’s degree in social work from an accredited graduate school of social work
  • Two years' post-graduate experience in a medical, mental health, or human services setting as a member of a multidisciplinary team preferred
  • Psychiatric assessment experience preferred
