Calling All New Graduate Nurses!
Good Samaritan Hospital is looking for FIVE extraordinary new graduate nurses looking to start their careers in emergency nursing.
Our New Graduate Nurse Residency Program will be a six (6) month long program that combines didactic and clinical nursing instruction to ensure a comprehensive and successful orientation. As a resident, you will gain knowledge by starting in the classroom and progressing through medical-surgical and critical care units, before a lengthy ED-specific orientation.
The program will start with Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts before moving to a 12.5-hour shift schedule. You will end your residency orienting in the ED on the shift you were originally hired into.
The ideal candidate will be flexible in scheduling, open to classroom time beyond graduation, and devoted to becoming an emergency nurse.
