How the program works:

Step 1

1. Apply for a specific track by completing the short form below. Business units and sub functions include:

Business/Finance

Rotations in: 

  • Patient Registration

Rotations in:

Rotations in:

Rotations in: 

  • Radiology Services
  • Laboratory Services
  • Pharmacy Services
  • Biomedical Engineering
  • Occupational Health Services 

Support Services

Rotations in: 

  • Neurosciences 
  • Environmental Services
  • Food and Nutrition Services 
  • Facilities Management 
  • Operational Excellence

Step 2

Complete an 8-week shadow program where you will rotate through each of the business units of your selected track, spending time with leadership from each unit, exposed to the day-to-day for all aspects of work.  At the completion of this 8-week program, you may have the opportunity to apply for a position within the organization. 

 

How to qualify: 

  1. Enrolled in an accredited school and entering senior year in 2024. 
  2. 3.0 GPA 
  3. Healthcare Administration, other qualifying degrees, or related degree  
  4. Application/Interview 
  5. Two (2) references from instructors 
  6. Resume with a completed application.
